The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO), in partnership with Gyeongnam Province and the Gyeongnam Tourism Organization, is running the "Spring Flower Travel in Gyeongnam" campaign through June to promote the region’s cherry blossoms, azaleas, and hydrangeas to international visitors. To improve accessibility, KTO and local travel agencies are offering spring flower tour packages from Seoul and Busan, covering major seasonal festivals including the Jinhae Gunhangje Festival, Hwangmaesan Royal Azalea Festival, and Goseong Hydrangea Festival. The campaign also features online promotions with global travel platforms such as KKday and Klook, global marketing through LINE Pay Taiwan, influencer visits, and offline hospitality programs at Gimhae International Airport, including flower-themed photo zones and welcome kits for visitors who have booked local accommodations or tours.
