BDACS Signs MOU with IDGX to Launch Digital Asset Joint Venture in Vietnam
BDACS, a regulated digital asset custodian in South Korea, has signed an MOU with Vietnam’s IDGX to establish a joint venture that will build institutional-grade trading and custody infrastructure for digital assets in Vietnam. The initiative aligns with Vietnam’s new regulatory framework and national strategy to develop blockchain and digital finance, with operations expected to launch this year under the regulatory sandbox. By combining BDACS’s compliance expertise with IDGX’s local networks, the JV aims to accelerate adoption of Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) services, strengthen investor trust, and expand Vietnam’s role as a digital finance hub in Southeast Asia.
